Dear Supporter, 

We are currently caring for 39 dogs, 37 cats, 8 rabbits and 1 guinea pig. 

We have a large number of black and white cats in our care at the moment that we are struggling to find homes for. Black cats are often overlooked by would-be adopters and many of them remain in our care for longer than other coloured cats.

Over 50 per cent of the cats in our care are black or black and white! The question is why are they the less preferred colour? Superstition? Not so pretty? Not so striking?

Whatever the reason, I can assure you that we have the most adorable and friendly cats in a variety of colours all awaiting a new loving home. Please take a look at our re-homing pages and see for yourself.
